important than ever. Especially when so much is shifting, employees and other stakeholders need to be clear about the basic direction of the change journey \u2013 and also the way they move and interact with each other.<br>They should also have a clear picture of how they can contribute to the goals through their own actions.<br><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\"><br>Setting clear goals provides answers to four important questions:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">\"What do we stand for?\"<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">\"What do we base our actions on?\"<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">\"What do we want to achieve?\"&nbsp;<br><\/span>The final question is often forgotten and extremely crucial for the people within a company:<\/li>\n<li>\"What do the goals mean for my work?\"<br><br><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><mark>Having a clear picture of the common goals holds enormous potential: It can create meaning and motivation.
